My office is located in NYC at 28th Street and 5th Ave. I am available for both in-person and virtual visits, though suggest having our first appointment be in-person if possible.

Hours:

Monday: 4:00-6:00 PM (virtual only)

Wednesday: 3:00-5:30 PM

Friday: 3:00-5:30 PM

Saturday: 10:00-1:00 PM

Fees:

• Phone consultation (15 minutes): Free

• Initial Consultation (60 minutes): $650

• Follow up visit (up to 30 minutes): $400

• Follow up visit (up to 45 minutes): $450

Insurance: I currently do not take insurance, and am considered an out-of-network provider. Many insurances have out-of-network benefits, and it is helpful to understand what your insurance covers. If your insurance has these benefits, I will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit for reimbursement.

How soon can I be seen? In most cases, I can offer you an appointment in the same week you call, or the following.
